Into the Wild 2026 runs from Monday, November 9, at 10:00 a.m. to Friday, November 13, at 8:00 p.m. local time. It’s a Steel- and Dragon-type week with Crowned Sword Zacian and Crowned Shield Zamazenta in five-star raids, Dynamax Regidrago’s debut in Max Battles, and a GO Pass whose Deluxe track ends in a Silver Bottle Cap.
Several parts of the event keep going after Friday. The GO Pass, the Shiny Gimmighoul and Shiny Meltan bonuses, and the stickers run until Sunday, November 15, at 6:00 p.m., and the Remote Raid limit is removed entirely for that weekend.

- Crowned Shield Zamazenta’s Behemoth Bash Adventure Effect becomes more effective.
- Max Battle energy fills the meter faster.
GO Pass: Into the Wild

- GO Points: daily cap Monday to Friday, no cap Saturday and Sunday. Ranking ends Sunday, November 15, at 6:00 p.m.

- Deluxe milestones: Rank 1 adds 5,000 XP per completed raid and per completed Max Battle. Rank 2 cuts Max Particle cost for Max Moves to 3/4. Rank 3 adds 1 Candy per raid and Max Battle, plus 1 Candy XL for Trainers level 31 and up.
Silver Bottle Cap rules
- Starts Hyper Training on one stat (Attack, Defense, or HP) of a Pokémon that is Good Buddy or higher.
- Not usable on Shadow Pokémon or Pokémon with that stat already maxed.
- A Hyper Trained Pokémon can’t be transferred to Pokémon HOME.
- The cap expires Sunday, November 22, at 11:59 p.m. local time, no matter when you claim it.
- Once used, you have 365 days to finish the training tasks.
For which stat to train and how to pick your trainee, see the Silver Bottle Cap guide.
What isn’t stated
- The full wild spawn list. The announcement names three Pokémon “and more”.
- Which Field Research rewards are available.
- Whether Crowned Sword Zacian and Crowned Shield Zamazenta are both in five-star raids all week, or mainly on their Raid Hour days. They’re listed together under five-star raids with no day split.
- Whether Shiny odds are boosted for any featured Pokémon.
- The Global Challenge target, deadline, and how much “more effective” the Adventure Effects become.
- Whether the Rank 25 hatch bonus applies to Eggs you put in Incubators before reaching Rank 25.
- The odds of getting the Special Background.
What the Community Has Documented
- Types and weather: based on long-standing in-game values, Crowned Sword Zacian is Fairy / Steel, Crowned Shield Zamazenta is Fighting / Steel, Registeel is Steel, Regidrago is Dragon, and Latias and Latios are Dragon / Psychic. Steel is boosted in Snow, Dragon and Psychic in Windy, and Fairy and Fighting in Cloudy. A boosted catch has higher CP and Level. See the weather boost guide for how this works.
- Crowned Energy: players report that Crowned Sword and Crowned Shield Energy is what changes a Hero of Many Battles Zacian or Zamazenta into its Crowned form. If you already own one, the raids are worth doing even without a Shiny.
- Max Battle groups: five-star Max Battles are reported to be very hard alone, and community guides plan them around a full group of four Trainers at the same Power Spot. The Dynamax guide covers how Max Battles work.
- Last year’s format: Pokémon GO Hub and Leek Duck coverage of the 2025 Into the Wild event shows the same structure: a five-day lead-up, a GO Pass Deluxe with a Silver Bottle Cap, and a weekend after it. That’s background, not a guarantee of how 2026 plays out.
Practical Application: Prepare Before November 9
Example: you plan to buy GO Pass Deluxe and want the Silver Bottle Cap for your best Registeel. If Registeel isn’t your buddy yet, it won’t be Good Buddy when the cap arrives, and the cap expires November 22 whatever happens. Set it as your buddy in late October, earn the first heart, and the cap can go straight onto it the day you claim it.
A few rules follow from this:
- Pick your Hyper Training target now. It must be Good Buddy or higher, can’t be Shadow, and can never go to Pokémon HOME after. A Pokémon you might move to HOME later is a poor choice.
- Log in every weekday. GO Points are capped daily Monday to Friday, so a missed day is points you can’t recover until the uncapped weekend.
- Upgrade to Deluxe on day one, if you’re buying it. The 5,000 XP and extra Candy per raid only apply after you reach Ranks 1 and 3, so upgrading Friday wastes most of the week’s raids.
- Save Remote Raid Passes for the weekend. There’s no limit on November 14 to 15. If you’re short on local raids during the week, use them then.
- Raid Zacian and Zamazenta on their Raid Hours. Monday and Tuesday are the only Raid Hours of the week. Wednesday to Friday evenings are Max Battle hours instead. See how Raid Hours work in our October 2026 Raid Hours guide.
- Send one Pokémon to HOME before Sunday. That unlocks a Mystery Box, and Shiny Meltan and the shorter cooldown only last until November 15 at 6:00 p.m.
- Load Incubators after Rank 25. The announcement doesn’t say whether Eggs placed earlier get half distance, so the safe play is to fill Incubators after you unlock it.
- Claim by Tuesday, November 17. Anything still unclaimed after 11:59 p.m. is gone.
For the rest of the season’s weekly events, see the Spotlight Hour schedule.
Tracking Before You Hyper Train
The Silver Bottle Cap is a one-time item, and the choice is permanent. When you have several Registeel, Zacian, or Latios from the week, it’s easy to lose track of which has the best Attack, which is already a buddy, and which you planned to send to Pokémon HOME.
A tracker like GoDex helps you check first. Scan catch screenshots to read CP and IVs, tag your Hyper Training candidate, and mark the Pokémon you’re keeping out of HOME.
Here’s a real example. This Hero of Many Battles Zacian appraises at two stars, and the bars alone don’t tell you which stat is weakest.
A scan gives the exact numbers: 12 Attack, 12 Defense, 10 HP at Level 28.5. If this were your Silver Bottle Cap pick, HP is the stat with the most to gain, and the scan confirms it before you spend a one-time item. It also flags Zacian as not eligible for Great League, which is a reminder that Hyper Training a raid attacker is about raid damage and bulk, not PvP rank.
